We loved the location (even though it was a bit hard to find initially). It was suited close to the end of the Main canal and very easy to get to. The rooms were lovely, neat, tidy and very clean. Great bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Like location, breakfast, and good upkeep. The staff arranged a water taxi to pick up at the hotel to the cruise location, and things went smoothly. I thank her for that.

We were recommended by a friend to book this hotel, it is in a fabulous location on a quiet canal. We loved the view from our room. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So special to be able to book a private water taxi from the airport and be delivered to the hotel front door! We also booked a water taxi on departure (organised by hotel staff) to take us to the train station. It really is worth being in a hotel away from the crowds yet we were centrally located within minutes of the Peggy Guggenheim collection and also the Gallerie Dell Accademia. An amazing discovery was being able to reach a nearby gondola river crossing service (2 euros per person!) to reach St Marks Square. Fabulous restaurants close to the hotel. If we are lucky enough to return to Venice, we would definitely return.

Breakfast was very satisfying. Staff were friendly and attentive. Assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated. Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless and wonderfully quiet.

The location perfect near Salute vaporetto and in quiet area. Very nice breakfast served at reasonable price. The staff were most helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this small hotel.

Good breakfast for 7 Euros, really recommended. -nice room - good air condition - location is not too bad. Its a 15-20min walk to san marco's but it feels shorter because there's lots of good views and a good workout to digest the good food :) All in all, very recommend to stay there!

Great location, away from the really busy areas but close enough that everything was in easy reach. Room was comfortable, bed was comfy, air con was very welcome in August! Facilities were OK, could do with modernising.

Nice less touristy location that enabled us to enjoy a nice walk around the area with a bonus photo favourite spot bridge right next to the building plus surrounding artsy local stores. Bedroom has nice beams and classic furnitures but more modern bathroom. Staff were very accommodating and hardworking. Breakfast was good and nice dainty dining.
